41-A Music and Arts Festival Aug 31, 2011 Southern Community Bank is a proud sponsor of the 2nd Annual 41-A Music and Arts Festival. This year’s festival, presented by the Highland Rim Kiwanis, will be held on Friday, September 23rd and Saturday, September 24th and will feature local, regional, and national touring musical acts as well as several local and regional visual artists. The festival runs from 5:00 p.m. to midnight on Friday and 11:00 a.m. to midnight on Saturday. In addition to music and art, there will be a variety of vendors and an exciting Kids Zone. The money raised through the festival will be distributed by the Highland Rim Kiwanis to a number of charities designed to enrich the lives of area children.
